THE DARK KNIGHT (2008) Film Review:
Danny Kulick and I review Christopher Nolan’s exemplary THE DARK KNIGHT, the second of an intended trilogy of Batman films. Starring Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne and Heath Ledger in an Oscar-winning role as The Joker, it’s one of the best comic-adapted films in history and a truly excellent, timeless film.

The Coen brothers, extraordinary auteurs and brilliant filmmakers, have crafted an enjoyable, rip-roaring Absurdist comedy starring George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Tilda Swinton, Frances McDormand, and the incredible John Malkovich. Certain to polarize viewers not open to their esoteric comedy, BURN AFTER READING was one of 2008’s great films.
